Thomas John Stodart through Azure Investment group (later to become Positus Capital) acquires Glasgow headquartered recruitment business Total Recruitment Ltd in February 2008. This highly successful boutique office specializing in senior executive and specialized Trainers is a natural fit to the Group of businesses under the umbrella of Stodart’s holding companies.
Total Recruitment became the preferred recruiter for all Azure owned businesses as well as for the majority of clients and suppliers. Leveraging the relationships of both clients and suppliers led Total to recruit senior executives as well as specialist recruitment particularly in the areas of; forestry, construction, IT, hospitality and fintech. Over the next 4 years, Total would grow to become the largest specialized recruiter in Scotland. The Management Team bought the business in early 2012.
